Skyline Publications publishes a variety of online and print publications under the umbrella of "Skyline Literary Community". Our community consists of Skyline Magazines, Skyline Review, Poet Express, A Hudson View, Literary House Review, Haiku Haven, Roses-and-Rainbows.com

"We publish as a passion, not for profit." Victoria is the founder; Phaedra is the webmistress of all websites. We operate without funding, grants or advertising revenue. Each issue of Skyline is produced solely by Victoria Valentine, who creates and finances Skyline Magazines alone, with the help of 4 volunteers who help read and edit.
A note about Skyline Review for Contributors and our Readers: If would like to purchase copies of Skyline Review, the cost is $16.00 a copy, shipped in the continental USA. International shipping is also available, at actual shipping rates to specific location. Most International shipping may be included with the purchase of a book.

Skyline Publications is an independent small press publisher. When many small press literary magazines sadly slip from the market, Skyline Magazine and Hudson View Digest sales will help keep us in print. Our publications do not contain commercial advertising. We offer a free platform for writers and artists to display and promote their work. Any author advertising inside our publications is published free of charge.
Over the past 5 years, Skyline Literary Community has earned its reputation of quality and excellence thru our hard work and dedication of 'Bringing the World together Thru the Arts'. We seek original, previously unpublished literature of highest standards. Please read our current and past issues before you submit, to see the material we accept for publication.
Our publication is open to new and established writers. Skyline Community does not pay for stories, features, articles, interviews, art or poetry. We provide a well traveled pathway upon which authors and artists may display their work to thousands of readers on the Internet and in print magazines. Skyline has been a stepping stone for many talented writers and artists who shared their talents with us, gained experience and confidence, and moved on, attaining their goals as published, paid writers and artists.
